Shipping Information

We offer FREE SHIPPING on Canadian & US orders over $145.

All orders to Canada & US are shipped via Canada Post regular ground shipping (5-7 business days) unless express post (2-4 business days) is selected. Includes guarantee delivery and tracking number.

We offer international shipping (3-7 business days), but we cannot guarantee date of arrival as we cannot predict how long it will take for customs to process your order. 

All orders are shipped from our studio in Rocky Mountain House, Canada. If your order is placed outside of Canada, there may be additional taxes/duties upon delivery. In which, the customer is then responsible to pay all additional taxes/duties that require payment upon delivery.

Orders will be sent via Canada Post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of every week, unless we have stated otherwise. Holidays and vacations may disrupt this process, but customers will always be informed of delayed shipping before purchase.

 

Returns & Exchanges

At Plaid & Paisley Littles, we want nothing more than for you and your little to adore what you have ordered. If you for any reason are unhappy with what you have ordered we will give store credit for your unused, unworn, unwashed merchandise minus the cost of return shipping, Returns must be sent as the same shipping with a tracking number, within 30 days of purchase.

Before return is sent, please inform Plaid & Paisley Littles via email (info@plaidandpaisleylittles.com) in regards to why you are returning your items and provide us with your order number. We want to make sure you have as pleasant of an experience as possible. Store credit will be processed within 3 business days after we receive merchandise. An email will be sent, to inform you of your store credit. Credit will expire in a calendar year from date it is issued. The store credit can then be used to place an order for an exchange in size or used to order any other products from our online store. Store credit does not have to be used all at once.

*Please Note: All returns must have tags still attached.

 

How to Return

-Using the Plaid & Paisley Littles box you received, place garments you’d like to return in the box, including all original packaging and attached tags for clothing.

- Bring your package to your local Canada Post office. From there address the package to 6007 58th St Rocky Mountain House, AB T4T 1J2. Shipping is at the cost of the customer's expense but exchange shipping will be provided by Plaid & Paisley Littles.

-Simply wait for an email from us, informing you we have received your return, and store credit will be issued within 3 business days.

Order Processing

After placing your order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order has shipped we will send out another email, containing a link to your package tracking number at www.canadapost.ca 

 

Packaging

At Plaid & Paisley we want your online shopping to be an experience. We want you to enjoy all the scents and textures of a tangible shopping trip. That is why every order is steamed with lavender infused water, sent with a lavender scent satchel and packaged with care and intent. As we care for the mother who has nurtured us all - mother earth - we ask you respect her and re-use your empty box to store the garments your Little has outgrown.
